Overpaid bill
Hi, I accidentally paid my Sky Mobile bill manually as it's my first payment and didn't realise that they had set up a direct debit. As I'm short on cash this month, I was wondering if I could get this amount refunded and still pay the direct debit so that I don't pay it twice. Thanks.

Give Sky a call on 150 as they should be able to refund this for you:
