Overdue Payment

Just last week phoned up sky to sort out a new contract. The previous one was payed by my brother for the parents. I gave them my payment details as the amount every month will be now coming out of my account through DD. Managed to get through yesterday before my battery went on my phone and the advisor mentioned something about money to be taken out on the 26th.  My first payment was due to start in June. Don't understand why they haven't taken this months payment from my Brothers card details.

Are you now paying for the account instead of your brother if so his is last payment due on 26th May because if it is due to the bank holiday weekend it wouldn't be taken until Tuesday 28th May at the earliest.

Yes I have taken over payments from my brother from my own bank account. Yes the money was due to come out on May 17th. Thanks for the information.

When did you change the billing to you, was it a few days before the 17th ?
