Overcharging

upto 31st March 2025 my monthly bill was £54.50

From 1st April new monthly bill was £59.23. (No alteration to services supplied)

after a couple of months of incorrect charging and credit you started to charge me

£63.49 a month. Finally in December 2025 I received a credit of £34.26,

the January payment to March again went back to £63.49 instead of £59.23

please credit £12.78 and please ensure the increase on April 1st applies to £59.23 not the incorrect price

That seems to have been the 2025 price increase.

That may have been an increase that was deferred for a couple of months but I'm guessing here.

Could these rises also incorporate the end of a discounted deal?
