Complaint help

I really need to speak with someone from sky that can understand me please 🙏 I'm not getting anywhere with my enquiry/ complaint regarding my sky mobile

We are just customers here so you would need to call Sky if you want to speak to someone unless you think we can help with any questions you have with Sky Mobile ?

It's just about the extra £63 pound added to my bill I don't understand why the sim has an unavailable number, I have spoked to a number of call handlers and they agreed that they couldn't understand why 🤷‍♀️help please 😊

Can you tell us the full issue ?

 

Are you seeing a £63 increase on your bill, if so what shows on your bill on the MySky app ?

Tell us more about this unavailable number, is this happening when you call any number or just one ?
