Overcharging

I recently called Sky to ask why they were increasing my bill by 40%. After some complaining they reduced the new bill to a more reasonable amount. A few days later I checked My Sky to see that they had indeed lowered the price and it's still showing that they are going to take too much. I called back to ask why and was told that it would be sorted out within 5 days. 6 days later I checked again and it still shows the wrong amount I called again and was told to check back on Friday. I left it an extra day and checked on Saturday and it's still wrong. I want to know of there is a "coolong-off" period when you agree contracts by phone so I can leave completely.

@Andrew4254  there is no cooling off period on renewal as you are agreeing to continue service you are already receiving

the only thing you can do is lodge a formal complaint
