Overcharging for my subscription

I am being overcharged for my Broadband by £30.00. I have spoken to loads and loads of people including on chat. I have made 4 complaints now. People have promised to call me back and even given me a time but never called. They refuse to put me through to a manager. I begged Sky last week to not take the subscription of £53.00 out of my account as it should be £23.00 but they went ahead and did it today anyway.

 

Everyone I have spoken to can see on the messages what subscription was agreed but the amendments have not made it to my billing page. I'm a new customer and absolutely shocked at the level of inefficiency and lack of care regarding this matter.

 

Has anyone been successful in getting their subscription amended to what was originally agreed. At this stage I may have  no option but to cancel and start over again with a new provider.

Hi @Sile_O   If this is your first bill, it may cover more than one month. Look for -xx days on your bill to see if they are playing catchup. What do your future bills show? https://www.sky.com/bill

Not it's not my first bill it's the second bill that's over charged me and future predicted bills are over charged too. Heyveviwbed they're over charging me but don't seem to be doing anything about it.
