Account credit

I'm no longer a sky customer, but just received a email saying I have account credit. How do I receive this money and I'm no longer at the address I previously had

If you've moved address since cancelling you'll need to call Sky. They can either:

  • raise a cheque and post it to you or
  • reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days
