My first bill
Hi, I just signed up for Sky broadband and was pretty sure I would be £25 a month - it appears I will actually be paying £39. I've tried speaking with someone to no avail so hoping someone can explain what I missed and if I am able to cancel
thanks
Pete

Re: My first bill
The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

Under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
