Overcharged
I had set up a payment plan last time I was on the phone! I've just gone to pay my broadband and seen a late payment fee which was suppose to have been removed and you haven't fitted any broadband as I already had it with you.... read my notes and get back to me asap with the current balance which should be £39 roughly

Re: Overcharged
@Rebecca832
In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Our understanding is you can't have a payment plan on an overdue live account.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Overcharged
If you are new to Sky then as you first and possibly second bill covers a longer period than the usual 4 weeks it will be higher than £29 as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills
So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
