@Zoe25 Also be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
