Sky have messed up my bills and overcharged me for the past 3 months.
apparently they have sorted it now - although I am not hopeful as it has been sorted twice before
how long does it take for my bill to update with the correct amount and credit?

Also they dont seem to care that i could do with the bill being corrected as i am on maternity pay 🫠

Yep they are all ok apart from this months and no credit of the £100 I have been overcharged
