Overcharge

Charging me over £300 for what? Saying I cancelled my internet and cut me off when I didn't cancel anything. Started me up with a new subscription charging me £47 more!!! That's £20 more than what I was paying before. I refuse to pay the cancellation fees and I will just change providers and take this to court if you don't drop my unnecessary charges. Just to get a clear onse again I haven't cancelled anything and I have explained this multiple times over the phone. Due to them not speaking full English neither one of us was understood which is why this hasn't been resolved.

@ChloeSmith1 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

@ChloeSmith1 I think you already know what the £300 charge relates to.

I would suggest you raise this as a formal complaint, using the webform here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

It shouldn't be unduly difficult to get this put right.
