I re contacted last week and was told my next bill would be just over£20.I even checked with the agent on the phone that she meant my September bill as it's due 26/09 so I thought they might not have time to change the direct debit - I was assured it would be - now I have been debited my original bill amount of £83.00 leaving me out of pocket unexpectedly. Please help.

Sept invoice was supposed to be amended to £20.56
Oct -£39.95 (as it is to included a £10 admin fee)
Nov onwards -£29.95
