Over deduction on my direct debit

I have been overcharged from my bank account by Sky, tried to get in touch for explanation, you said is a mistake and you refund me the excess but received a message with no reply that you are going to use the excess to pay my next bill on March. I cannot accept this proposal as is wrong and I need my refund and pay you normal on next month. Anyway the amount is £53 but you are supposed to deduct £17, so even if you are paying march with the excess, you still owe me £19. Do please stop the cheat and do the needful before either I repot you or change supplier. Thank you Prince
