Direct debit repayment

Hi my dad payed my phone bill 57.75 on 6th February by debit and you have charged me on direct debit. It says it goes towards my next bill however I would like it payed back into my bank as it has now but me into the red

Your Dad didn't need to make a manual payment as he did as Sky will take the bill automatically for you so do you see a credit on your account for the payment he made because if so we can arrange some help for you via a private message on here regarding getting it refunded.
