Refund

I decided to go back to sky the package was for streaming which we didn't want so that was cancelled I had paid a one off charge the I I was going to have sky Q but then told I might have to wait up to 3months for open reach to do the cable work so cancelled it after another one off payment I haven't activated any sky now I'm trying to get a refund which I might have to wait till the 23rd for the first one and I've got to call them to get it it just seems ma this can be done. Don't take a month to take it out of my bank fed up person

You post is difficult to understand but I think you are saying you made a payment towards Sky Q being installed then you cancelled the installation so you want this payment returned, is this correct, if it is then you will have to do as you have done already and that is to call Sky.
