If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. We obviously can't see your bills.

 

Are you a new customer?

Do the two bills cover the same dates?

Hi @Callum47   Then the bill is for two months. we pay a month in advance. So the -30 days is catching up.

Hi @Callum47   Quickest way is to telephone Sky, however if you like we can escalate it to the Sky Team on here?
