Being informed out of contract but doesn’t end until 2026.

Looking on 'My Sky' app. Statement on there that I'm now out of contract and to continue receiving any discount, I need to sign up for another 2 years from now, but on my billing page my contract doesn't end until 2026, another year to go. How can the requirement to sign up again be correct?

Do your future bills show an increase in your subscription costs, which would indicate your contract is ending?
