Over charged

Sky have taken my monthly payment twice. How do I get one refunded?

I doubt they have taken it twice so have they taken it as they should do via your payment method but you have also made a manual payment, if this is the case for the payment you made do you see a credit because it is this that can be refunded.

 

If you see a credit and if you want it refunded then let us know as we can alert Sky's messaging team to you post and they will then contact you via here tomorrow morning.
