My bill has gone up and told a different price

My contract is coming to an end so I negotiated a price but on my bill it says different

@Peter050759  When did you negotiate the contract, you also need to be aware the 1st couple of bills after renegotiating your contract can be higher due to covering more than one month I've been overcharged | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As well as what @GD1 has said, if you next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then any changes will be shown on the following bill but back dated to the date you agreed the new contract.
