Over charge and waiting ages for refund

Hi I really have no idea how get my money back! Sky u own me m money. Diego told me that last Wednesday money will be on my account and of course he will call me to make sure everything is ok. Of course that was empty promises no one call me and still no money back ! I won't give up until u will pay back . The worse customer service ever !

They also own me a money ! Back still didn't hear anything from Sky ! Have to say tha. SKY IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH !

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment resulting in an overcharging?

They overcharge me twice and takes ages to Sky to refund me my money 195e.... when I was moving to a different provider they still charge me 60e ! They not supposed to abd speak with many people from them CS and make offcial complain but thsi Guy Diego Never refubd me my money as he promised ! all conversation with sky are recorded but they still dobt want to pay back what they took !

Your posts are a little difficult to understand. Is this for money remaining in your Sky account after leaving Sky? 

If so, refunds should take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection (but appear to be taking longer in some cases), however if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll take even longer.

If the payment method is still active we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish.

If the payment method has been cancelled you have two options…
1) you can call Sky to get a cheque raised or
2) we can escalate to the Messaging Team who can re-set your payment method.

Let us know on this thread what you want to do but before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and whether the payment method is still active.
