Outstanding Credit
I received one of the emails advising i have an outstanding credit on my account.
I called the automated number around 6 weeks ago but nothing has arrived and i think this may be due to the account in question being at a previous address. However, I cant see any way to speak to someone to arrange this being sent to my current address as i havent lived at the previous address for 2+ years
Thanks

Re: Outstanding Credit
If you've moved address since cancelling you'll need to call Sky. They can either:
- raise a cheque and post it to you or
- reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days
