Ordered a black friday deal but not received confirmation

I have ordered a black friday deal and have had confirmation from current provider that I an leaving but have not has any emails confirming I am moving to SKy. How can I find out if my order is in the system. AI chat just goes round in circles and I can't find a number I can call!

I got to a number and called. Seems wasn't set up so redid it! Now have confirmation emails. Thanks for help
