Outrageous charge.

I was charged 72 pounds by Sky when I dont use Sky anymore. 

 

I was told to return my devices. I have returned one but the other was rejected because it does not have a barcode slip. But that should not warrant sky to remove 72 pounds from my account.

So if this was a non return fee taken by Sky there's not a lot us fellow customers can do. Have you called Sky and discussed this?
