Hi, I have a Sky puck and unfortunately was late paying my bill. I have now paid as well as setting up a continuous payment this was a last Thursday! However my services are still restricted, my TV says it takes up to two hours but it has now been 3 working days and 5 days in total. How do I get my services back on?

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

A month roughly, I have paid all outstanding amounts on my account. I have logged in on the website instead of going through app and can see they've set up a return for my puck does this mean it has been cancelled? I haven't received any communication to say that it has been?
