I have recently made on-off payment for a new iphone on a credit sale agreement. After nearly a week, I get an email saying that payment has failed. I tried customer care on call and it failed even that way. what is happening?
Hi @Venkata_Y Your guess is as good as ours. Did you perhaps fail the enhanced credit check. The only way to get an answer is to persevere in contacting Sky.

They are making me cancel and reorder. One customer care said it is technical issues. One said, could be credit check issue. But no one confirmed and they seemed clueless. I asked them to cancel the order. Very disappointed with Sky customer support
