Are you a Sky+ or Sky Q customer as Sky will only come out to you once you call them if you are a Sky Q customer so if this is the case you will need to get in touch with them. If you are a Sky+ customer then you will need to find a company local to you to come out.

Tne dish belongs to you so it is up to you to arrange it to be removed so perhaps try looking for companies local to you that will do this for you.

It will be in your own interests to get it removed as soon as possible as you will be liable for any injuries it may cause if it falls completely.

Re: Old sky dish falling on top of roof very dangerous
Sky has installed tens of millions of dishes over nearly forty years: as @Daniel0210 indicates their television contracts have always specifically moved ownership and consequent liability to the property owner.

Re: Sky dish hanging down pls come and check
I have moved your thread from this morning into the one you posted on Monday. There's no need to ask the same again. The advice is still the same. Ownership, and therefore responsibility for the dish transfers to the householder once erected so unfortunately you need to arrange something asap to prevent a nasty accident and subsequent liability.
