I called Sky two weeks ago and was offered a new 18 month contract for Broadband, which they said would be £33 per month. My previous contract is coming to an end, and the price was going to skyrocket, so this sounded like a good deal. However, this price hasn't shown up on my account yet, and the contract I have says the price is £45 per month?! Have they not updated my account with the offer?
