Can someone please tell me an easy way to contact Sky, I recently changed my contract with them (it was in my exes name, now it is in mine) The old contract has a final bill of about £94 to come out on the 22nd as normal. My new contract should be £13 for the first two months, to be taken on the 2nd April, but today I have had £29 taken out of my bank. I have scanned both seperate Sky accounts but cannot find out what this amount is for.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Can you be sure it is Sky that has taken it, what does it say against the payment ?

No it doesn't say here. https://www.sky.com/manage/bill
It says Sky tv, DD
