Why is my bill showing as zero but email shows correct price?

I received an email telling me what my bill will be. But when I log into my account it shows as zero for previous, current and future.

Are you logged into the correct account, so have you been a customer of Sky previously then returned after being away for 18 months or more because if so you will need to setup a new ID to use to access your services.
