Discovery+ not added to account

I have added Discovery+ as directed, and no longer see the screen where I can select to add at £0 as part of Sky Q, but when I got to the https://www.sky.com/discoveryplus-activate link I get the message "You need a Discovery+ subscription to do this".

 

Any ideas why, I cannot see anythere to confirm I have DIscovery+, and cannot reset to try again

Hi @PeteHeath - where you able to resolve this issue?  I have the exact same issue, and Sky so far have not been able to resolve the problem.
