October generated bill
I switched my sky tv and broadband package on 30th September.
on 6th November sky informed me that they had restricted my tv due to not paying October bill.
it is now December and despite telling them they refuse to cancel the bill for services that I never had or a contract that was not in force.
They now threaten me with the old " credit file" thing

Re: October generated bill
How did you cancel your Sky TV and Broadband subscriptions? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellations?

Re: October generated bill
Did you separately cancel your TV service with Sky? Another provider can cancel broadband for you but not your Sky TV service.

Re: October generated bill
Any 'end of contract' date was simply for discounts. If you do not cancel then it continues on a rolling basis until you take action.
I suspect you did not cancel and there is a contract 'in force' (even if you didn't use the services).
