Now TV Sports subscription
Apologies if this is the wrong area but can't see a Now forum. Current Sky Sports subscription of £19.99 about to expire, so before I do battle with "chat" anybody with experience of best value I can get and how to do it I.e. if you cancel the subscription I've seen posts it automatically offers lower prices to keep you. I believe Stream viewers are being offered Sports for £20 per month for 24 months so wonder if I could match that on Now
Thanks

Re: Now TV Sports subscription
@ijb1 You need to contact Now TV however i doubt they will have the discounts Sky can offer as Now TV is a different business model and designed for short term contracts, Sky very much give discounts for long term 24 month minimum terms.
In short if you want the discounts Sky can offer sign up to Sky, if you want the flexibility Now TV offers stick with Now TV, you can't have both.

Re: Now TV Sports subscription
NOW offer 6 or 12 months at £19.99pm for Sports.
Ultra Boost can be got for £4pm on top of that which gives UHD, HDR, Atmos on up to 3 screens.

Re: Now TV Sports subscription
Thanks @BenJoBanjo . Yes I was trying to get another £19.99 deal. With Now you can only open a complaint and then a chat with a real person opens up. Best they could offer was £26 per month - decided by the computer !! i.e. they have no ability to deviate. I asked them to log it as a complain to see if I get anywhere but its so wearing having to play this stupid game of haggling every 6 or 12 months to get the best price. My payment goes up to about £30 3rd September so I'm waiting for another couple of weeks to try to do better

Re: Now TV Sports subscription
Now TV are under no obligation to offer any kind of reduced monthly cost at all and any deal they do offer is at their discretion so very much doubt they will entertain your "Complaint"...
This forum is for Sky customers and Now TV queries should be directed to Now TV

The slight problem being that Comcast closed the NOW support forums last year. It's therefore quite common for NOW customers to come here with queries and looking for support, seeing as they are receiving Sky channels via a Comcast owned app, in much the same way as Sky customers are receiving Sky channels via a Comcast owned streaming and satellite platform.
It would be good if there was an actual NOW TV section on this forum but I doubt there ever will be.
