Leaving sky

I have ended with Sky cancelled it and my new provider needs a final invoice from them as they will pay the cancellation fees. I have never found anything so difficult in all my life. I've tried calling and live chat please help...

You can download your final bill from your account (in PDF).  Sky don't provide anything else.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
