Hey,
So I just started with Sky Broadband and an engineer came yesterday and connected it all, great stuff! The problem is that when I sign into my account it's saying I have no products or services, it says I have no address or anything. Some pages just say they can't process the request and don't show. I've tried the app and that doesn't work either.
Sky haven't charged me for my broadband yet which I thought was supposed to happen on the activation date too. I don't know what's going on at all.
I've also tried linking a sky id to see if one was made for me and it said it couldn't find an account with my information.
How do I get my account linked to my broadband service?

Are you new to Sky or a returning customer ?
When was Sky Broadband activated, today perhaps ?
You are not billed on your activation date as this link explains your first two bills:

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
