Not receiving Sky VIP emails

When I enter any Sky VIP competitions or offers, I no longer receive any confirmation emails to confirm I have entered whereas I always did in the past. 
I therefore wouldn't know if I am successful as I am not being notified. 
There is no issue with logging into my Sky VIP or with my email account.

Yes I have the same email address. I receive emails as normal and can log in to Sky no problem. I just don't receive any emails. I wondered if they stopped sending confirmation emails but I don't see why they would.

Did this ever get resolved as I've always had that problem too.  Found out yesterday I had won concert tickets by opening the app and looking at bookings, but only have 7 days to claim from the date of the email, I have received no email!  So I have no idea when the 7 days runs out.

I have never received any reward emails and have checked my settings.

Anyone resolved this or can advise how to fix?

When I enter a competition through Sky VIP or enter to get stuff like cinema tickets I am not receiving the email when I use my Gmail account. I am receiving them but when I use my Hotmail account, I am not receiving them. I'm trying to Sky to get this issue started today. no one can help me with you I have now lost out on the athletic  code
