Contract Renewal & Broadband Hub
I've called Sky twice today to renew my contract for TV, Broadband and Talk. I also wanted further information relating to my Broadband Hub which Sky recently contacted me about.
Although I got through the Sky very quickly both times, neither operatior was helpful unfortunately: the first was still checking my ID details after several minutes (though the line was poor) whilst the second didn't give me a clear breakdown of the proposed cost for renewal of TV, Broadband and Talk. The second operator also seemed to assume I wanted to switch to Full Fibre Broadband. I did ask for a breakdown of the overall cost to be sent to me although the operator didn't seem to undertand this.
All of the above is in sharp contrast to the last two times I've contacted Sky about contract renewal whereby the full details of each component was readily available and made very clear at the time iof the call.
As a Sky VIP I member, I was hoping for a better response which made options and cost around the renewal of TV, Broadband and Talk more readily available and transparent.
I would very much welcome clarification around the cost of each of the above components going forward. To that end, does anyone know of a suitable e-mail address or telephone number for Sky through which to take this forward please?

What question do you have about the hub ?
All customers have VIP status so it pretty much counts for not a lot.
