Not received our second puch installation tomorrow full package in 2 rooms ordered

What have you ordered as pucks are 'self installation'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky Broadband installation is separate to Stream pucks (which have no installer support)

 

If you added the Whole Home subscription supplement to your Sky Stream order then you'd also need to order a second puck: this isn't automatic.
