And Sky have taken it as well ?

 

If that is the case there is no need to make manual payments as you have done so now you should see a credit on your account that can be left to pay your next bill or you can call Sky to ask them to refund it.

Hi @BexT-_   You are only telling other customers, but if you made an unnecessary manual payment within 14 days before your normal payment date then you have paid twice!
