Not letting me change the 16 digit card details for new payment method

I had to cancel my debit card which was paying for the sky subscription, however it is not letting me update the new 16 digit info

@BenC1  Have you tried adding a Direct debit instead?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It was a direct debit before, but even when I attempt to change it and put in the account number and sort code it still

comes up the previous card

If you can't change your payment details online you will need to call Sky to have them do it for you.
