Not getting anywhere been disconnected 7 times and passed over to wrong deparment 7 times

I am absolutely fuming right now, spoke to an advisor this morning to review my package to possibly upgrade being a ske platinum VIP member, looked at sky glass which was all good only to be told at the very end we couldnt have it due to our speed being to low!! Since then spoken to 2 other agents (non uk based) who advised I can and was only told our sky guarenteed speed not what we acctually get, advised they would pass me on to correct team to look in to and was passed through to the same team 6 times (in this process disconnected several times and called back having to explain so many times the same thing)

Sky say you need a minimum 25Mbps to support Sky Glass (or Sky Stream). To watch in UHD, it's 35Mbps. Selling you Sky Glass or Stream if your speed doesn't match the minimum requirement would be a recipe for dissatisfaction.

@Mark39 I think he's already dissatisfied. This seems to be a problem with Sky, you speak to different representatives and get told different things so you never know who is giving you the correct information.
