Not getting any help

This is the second time of trying to speak to someone on the phone, not getting any luck so I'm trying this method. I need a termination bill letter with my full name and address regarding my broadband.

You can download the last bill from your account in PDF format.  It is all Sky will provide.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
