None return if equipment

I am being told I will be charged for not returning my sky equilment, but I don't know what I am meant to be returning as I recently renewed my contract?

Did you reduce your package to warrant the return of any loaned equipment ie; mini box ?

If you have renewed and have not cancelled anything then this is clearly error so you will need to either call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get in contact with them about this.
