Sky email stating free upgrade to Netflix standard

I've received an email from Sky saying I am being upgraded to Netflix standard from October but am still unable to watch Netflix on two devices. Here's an extract from the message I've received. Is anyone else having the same issue?


We’re writing to let you know that Netflix have discontinued their Basic plan. But there’s good news. The Netflix plan included with your Sky subscription will automatically be upgraded to Netflix Standard from October, and we’ll apply an offer to your account so your price will not increase as a result of being upgraded.*

I'd suggest that doesn't necessarily mean from the start of October: it may be coincidental with your particular billing cycle.
