I have been charged £50 non return fee yet I have not been given any instructions if any returns to make

In case you’re unaware, this is a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. Have you made any recent changes to your subscription tgat woukd warrant the return of loaned equipment? £50 is the charge for a non returned Sky router or Sky Q mini box.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stesp8 have you cancelled any services recently? Sky send a few emails giving details of any equipment to be returned before applying charges, so have you checked your emails including junk/spam folder
