Non return charges
Sent my sky stream puck and sky router back in December 2025. Had three different emails from sky saying thanks for returning and it is on the way back to them with the courier.
Got an email today saying they are putting non-return charges onto my account. Trying to speak to someone at sky and being passed around the all th departments each saying it isn't them! I don't have the tracking details as it's been nearly two months and the emails from sky saying it was on the way back naturally I assumed that was that and chucked the postage.
Anyone have a similar experience?!

Re: Non return charges
If you still have Sky's emails stating they were returned that should be enough evidence.
For companies requiring proof of postage, I suggest for the future make a scan and email yourself and or take a pic on your phone which you can email to yourself and or WhatsApp

Re: Non return charges
On here we advise multiple times a day to keep the proof of posting indefinitely.
The returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.
With or without proof of posting we can maybe get you some help from Skys Community Messaging Team. If you had the proof it would be fairly straightforward however as you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Let us know in this thread if you want to engage in a chat with Sky.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
