Poor service
Sky has an extremely poor customer service, this is the second bad experience i have with SKY:
1. After my brother had referred me to sky, we both received £75 of vouchers, my vouchers had some sort of issues, every i enquired about the vouchers i was told to ring the company that deal with the vouchers which is called RED something, Red will refer me back to sky, 6 months down the line i never received the vouchers.. their customer service literally only read a script, if you asked them a question outside of that script they just guess and answer the questions.
2. After switching from EE to SKY, sky has agreed to pay the switch over fee of £200.. after following all the instructions that asked me to by sending an email with all evidence, i was told 5 to seven days the money will be in my account. 1.5 months later, my wife mentioned we never received the money, how unprofessional is that, they would literally fobbed you off.. after speaking to them yesterday i was told again to send an email again even though i done that in december 2025 and even got an acknowledgment to say thank you and the money will go back to my account clearly it was not enough had to resend another email not sure why to be told the same Shxt again that i will receive the money in 5 to 7 days again.
If i could rate SKY as a zero i would but unfortunately the lowest star is 1.
