Non return charge
I have been charged £70 for non return of a broadband hub but I have returned it and have proof of postage

We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for another 2 weeks (approximately). You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

I managed to get through to someone about half 7 last night and they're crediting my account back, the calling up and not saying anything when given the options helps to get through to someone so thanks for that ☺️
