I'm not writing a thank you at all ! Over the last month I have been over charged on all my accounts had to try and sort them out over a month I have been lied to and over £30 taken out when it shouldn't have. Only one person has tried to help which was someone named Olivia but even then I feel like things are swept over and customer doesn't come first at all. When asked I want the colleagues dealt with who have lied and not bothered getting back I feel like I'm talking to wall as it's not taken seriously !! I will be looking at other companies in which I can get these services from !!
