Price rise

The price has increased and I can't afford it.  Sky is not helping.  I am a VIP member.   I use only broadband for my daughter's  education.  Sky customer advisors are so rude.  They don't help.  Price is high now and the Internet speed is so slow.

Every single customer of Sky has vIP on their account so when it comes to what you pay it counts for nothing.

 

You could try calling again on a different day to see if you have more luck.

@Guilhermina  You have 30 days from receiving the notification to cancel penalty free if you wish but make sure you have another provider lined up first
